Stephanie's mom brought her in for Stephanie's 16th birthday. What a great way to capture a special time in someones life.
Blog or no Blog
Well I must say it has just been the usual busy, busy summer. I have not blogged in awhile judging by the date of my last entry. Just trying to keep up with all of our Portrait Sessions and Weddings. I think I have a new system where I can continue to do some blogging even when it is just a little crazy around here. Thank you all for making this yet another great year. Once again business continues to grow as I do also. I have been able to reach new heights in our images and business along with growing in grace and wisdom. Thank you Lord, for never giving up on me. Hope you enjoy our newest entries. Please keep sending those comments along. Grace & Peace to you, Dave
Weddings are always fun for us. We just love them. Every wedding is different with something new. I just loved Jennifer's dress and it went so well with all the white decor at the Tibbets Creek Manor. We hope you two are having a great time in Hawaii. We will have all these images done as quick as we can. Thank you!
We met Nathan and Alicia through another couple we had photographed. They wanted to include Bela. We did. I love the image of Nathan and Alicia about to kiss and Bela looking at the camera from between the two of them. Romantic with a bit of humor.
The Bruce Family supported their favorite charity and purchased our family portrait session at an auction we had donated to. They mentioned the fact that they would like Mt. Rainier as the background. A couple of reschedules because of rain, a "little" drive to Reflection Lake on Mt. Rainier, no cell phone reception, we finally reached that great big mountain. A fun family, fantastic background, (inspite of some hugh mosquitos), we captured some fun shots. Thank you Bruce Family. I love getting those images I have never gotten before.
We captured these images of Sabrina in the Studio. Two years old and just too cute.
We've been photographing this growing family for a few years now. Larry and Vivian have three daughters and now seven grandaughters. A very loving bunch. We captured these three images of the grandaughters this summer. I love the image of Kailyn walking away from the pond. I did some painting on it and the image just has that barefoot in the grass, childhood summertime feeling. I can remember that feeling somewhat, barely. It has been a long time.
This is one of the great things about being a portrait photographer. Meeting wonderful people, in this case a wonderfully expressive little boy named Cameron. We captured some portraits with his dog and then just some images making silly faces which I have put in the previous blog entry. Cameron loves his dog, loves to climb trees and especially loves snails. Thanks Cameron.
Our grandson at four months old. His second photo session, one of many to come. What a cute smile, a happy and handsome little fellow I must say. I may be biased but I think he is just Gerber potential.
